How long do I need to take Berkeley Life before I see results?

Is Berkeley Life safe for someone with oxalate sensitivities?

Yes, Berkeley Life is generally safe for individuals with oxalate sensitivities. While oxalate sensitivity affects a small percentage of people (~2%) due to genetic factors limiting their ability to break down oxalates, many can still tolerate small amounts of oxalates with good digestion practices, such as chewing thoroughly, staying hydrated, and possibly using digestive enzyme supplements. The oxalate content in Berkeley Life’s formula is extremely low—only 0.7 mg per dose, which is less than the oxalates found in a single leaf of spinach. While beetroot is a key ingredient in Berkeley Life for its dietary nitrate content, the amount is not enough to significantly affect even those with oxalate sensitivities For those managing oxalate sensitivity or kidney stones, it’s important to focus on digestive health and reduce processed foods, sugars, and alcohol rather than strictly eliminating foods or supplements like Berkeley Life. Berkeley Life’s Nitric Oxide Test Strips can also be used to monitor nitric oxide levels and ensure efficacy.

Can I get the dietary nitrates in Berkeley Life just through my diet?

Leafy greens, beetroot, arugula, spinach and celery are all vegetables known to be high in dietary nitrates. However, nutrient density of the soil across the country makes it difficult to predict exactly how much of these greens are required daily to provide a clinically effective dose of nitrates to produce nitric oxide. In our experience, it requires more leafy greens than most people over 35 are willing or able to consume every day.

    Better now!

    I’ve used Berkeley’s nitric oxide for about 3 years now. I have a long history of high blood pressure as well as fatigue and weakness. I did try another product about a year ago. My blood pressure increased and so did the fatigue. Needless to say, I’m back with Berkeley Life. All is well. In the summer, I cycle on average of 14 miles a day and I’m 70 years old.

    The Real Deal!!!

    I've been using this N.O project since 2022, for me it took awhile for it start kicking in for me because I had some underline issues I had to get in control, one was my weight, high blood pressure, diabetes and mildly sexual performance issues. To this product testimony, I worked on myself dropping 40lbs off my weight, that was the big issue and changing my eating habits. That's when this product kicked into full gear for me , my blood pressure start stabilizing, I had good circulation going through my veins, I dropped my A1C to 6.2 from 7.1 My sexual performance got stronger. This product works if you take care of the underline things, I did not had to do a lot to get here. but have this N.O product alone with the test strips to monitor, helped my out tremendously!!! Thank Berkley's for a great product
