Can I get the dietary nitrates in Berkeley Life just through my diet?

Leafy greens, beetroot, arugula, spinach and celery are all vegetables known to be high in dietary nitrates. However, nutrient density of the soil across the country makes it difficult to predict exactly how much of these greens are required daily to provide a clinically effective dose of nitrates to produce nitric oxide. In our experience, it requires more leafy greens than most people over 35 are willing or able to consume every day.

Is Berkeley Life safe for someone with oxalate sensitivities?

Yes, Berkeley Life is generally safe for individuals with oxalate sensitivities. While oxalate sensitivity affects a small percentage of people (~2%) due to genetic factors limiting their ability to break down oxalates, many can still tolerate small amounts of oxalates with good digestion practices, such as chewing thoroughly, staying hydrated, and possibly using digestive enzyme supplements. The oxalate content in Berkeley Life’s formula is extremely low—only 0.7 mg per dose, which is less than the oxalates found in a single leaf of spinach. While beetroot is a key ingredient in Berkeley Life for its dietary nitrate content, the amount is not enough to significantly affect even those with oxalate sensitivities For those managing oxalate sensitivity or kidney stones, it’s important to focus on digestive health and reduce processed foods, sugars, and alcohol rather than strictly eliminating foods or supplements like Berkeley Life. Berkeley Life’s Nitric Oxide Test Strips can also be used to monitor nitric oxide levels and ensure efficacy.

How long do I need to take Berkeley Life before I see results?

As with all supplements, everyone will feel a difference at different speeds. There are some who notice a difference right away, and others see benefits after using the product for about a month.     Amazing pruduct

    I have used these pills for approx 4 months. My strips initially showed a very pale pink. Now? It almost as dark as it can get. I am a heart patient. Cad and pad. Plus arteriosclerosis. I shall not stop purchasing this product for as long as I can afford it.

    Excited so far!

    I am intrigued by my results from the ten day trial. In the first few days I felt warmth in my fingers and toes that I haven't had in years. I also suffer from ME/CFS and chronic pain, by the end of the 10 day trial I felt energy starting to return that I thought I had no hope of ever feeling again and I realized I hadn't felt leg pain in maybe a week.
