Can I get the dietary nitrates in Berkeley Life just through my diet?

Leafy greens, beetroot, arugula, spinach and celery are all vegetables known to be high in dietary nitrates. However, nutrient density of the soil across the country makes it difficult to predict exactly how much of these greens are required daily to provide a clinically effective dose of nitrates to produce nitric oxide. In our experience, it requires more leafy greens than most people over 35 are willing or able to consume every day.

Is Berkeley Life safe for someone with oxalate sensitivities?

Yes, Berkeley Life is generally safe for individuals with oxalate sensitivities. While oxalate sensitivity affects a small percentage of people (~2%) due to genetic factors limiting their ability to break down oxalates, many can still tolerate small amounts of oxalates with good digestion practices, such as chewing thoroughly, staying hydrated, and possibly using digestive enzyme supplements. The oxalate content in Berkeley Life’s formula is extremely low—only 0.7 mg per dose, which is less than the oxalates found in a single leaf of spinach. While beetroot is a key ingredient in Berkeley Life for its dietary nitrate content, the amount is not enough to significantly affect even those with oxalate sensitivities For those managing oxalate sensitivity or kidney stones, it’s important to focus on digestive health and reduce processed foods, sugars, and alcohol rather than strictly eliminating foods or supplements like Berkeley Life. Berkeley Life’s Nitric Oxide Test Strips can also be used to monitor nitric oxide levels and ensure efficacy.

How long do I need to take Berkeley Life before I see results?

As with all supplements, everyone will feel a difference at different speeds. There are some who notice a difference right away, and others see benefits after using the product for about a month. However, unlike most supplements you can validate that our N.O. supplements are working by using our patented Nitric Oxide Test Strip before and 90 minutes after you take the supplement.

Can I take Berkeley Life with other medications?

    What a surprise!

    I’ve been using N.O. Foundation Nitric Oxide for 2 weeks and though I had high hopes for improved circulation, I never thought it would make the arthritic swelling and pain from a heberden’s node in my thumb diminish significantly. I wish I had a before picture to share but the swelling has definitely decreased after several years without change. Hoping with continued use my hands and feet will start feeling warmer but I understand that might take awhile.

    Pleasantly surprised.

    Hi, I waiteda little while to give this Berkeley life some time. And it is a terrific product. It does up my energy. I'm a 78 year-old woman with fibromyalgia and adrenaline and thyroid issues. I can definitely feel the difference with this product and encouraged that it is helping my blood vessels.

    Helping reduce my high blood pressure

    I had high blood pressure and my doctor wanted to put me on prescription drugs. My husband and I discussed other options and decided to go with Berkeley Life product Nitric Oxide Foundation. We are very happy with the results we are seeing in the reduction of my blood pressure. I recommend you try this product before going on a prescription drugs.
