I felt significant improvement in mood and energy levels after taking only 1 capsule daily for a week. Daily dose is two capsules. I think you should try this stuff. Two things: 1.The day after I took NO foundation, I was air drumming in the car like I do and I noticed that my rings were spinning around my fingers because my blood pressure had noticeably dropped. 2.I have had Raynaud’s syndrome where my circulation in my hands and feet is so poor, they go completely white. That did not happen.. in the middle of 30ish degree weather, at that. And BONUS**:my digestion seemed to be better which is crazy because I deal with chronic gallbladder pain. Highly recommend you try.

I’ve been using N.O. Foundation Nitric Oxide for 2 weeks and though I had high hopes for improved circulation, I never thought it would make the arthritic swelling and pain from a heberden’s node in my thumb diminish significantly. I wish I had a before picture to share but the swelling has definitely decreased after several years without change. Hoping with continued use my hands and feet will start feeling warmer but I understand that might take awhile.
