How To Use

N.O. Foundation:
Take two capsules once a day with water after food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless under the direction of your physician.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Made without most allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy). Gluten and gelatin free.

N.O. Test Strips:
1. Place the test strip on your tongue with the "saliva here" side facing down. Hold for 5 seconds.
2. Fold the strip in half, pressing the sides together gently for 10 seconds.

Can I get the dietary nitrates in Berkeley Life just through my diet?

Leafy greens, beetroot, arugula, spinach and celery are all vegetables known to be high in dietary nitrates. However, nutrient density of the soil across the country makes it difficult to predict exactly how much of these greens are required daily to provide a clinically effective dose of Nitric Oxide. In our experience, it requires more leafy greens than most people over 35 are willing to consume every day.

Is Berkeley Life safe for someone with oxalate sensitivities?

Yes, Berkeley Life is generally safe for individuals with oxalate sensitivities. While oxalate sensitivity affects a small percentage of people (~2%) due to genetic factors limiting their ability to break down oxalates, many can still tolerate small amounts of oxalates with good digestion practices, such as chewing thoroughly, staying hydrated, and possibly using digestive enzyme supplements. The oxalate content in Berkeley Life’s formula is extremely low—only 0.7 mg per dose, which is less than the oxalates found in a single leaf of spinach. While beetroot is a key ingredient in Berkeley Life for its dietary nitrate content, the amount is not enough to significantly affect even those with oxalate sensitivities For those managing oxalate sensitivity or kidney stones, it’s important to focus on digestive health and reduce processed foods, sugars, and alcohol rather than strictly eliminating foods or supplements like Berkeley Life. Berkeley Life’s Nitric Oxide Test Strips can also be used to monitor nitric oxide levels and ensure efficacy.

How long do I need to take Berkeley Life before I see results?

As with all supplements, everyone will feel a difference at different speeds. There are some who notice a difference right away, and others see benefits after using the product for about a month.     Proof it works!

    I feel the energy right away! Its a clean type energy: like I have drunk a good cup of coffee, yet without the jitters or "crash" 3-4 hours later! I took this one morning I needed to be up & going starting at 5 a.m. to 5p.m. and it kept me going and clear headed; super-focused! And, it don't interrupt my sleep. I have slept great thr following nights after taking this supplement. Definitely going to keep these on hand for those days i need an extra boost but its too late for an extra coffee.
