How To Use

First use the Berkeley Life patented nitric oxide test strip

N.O. Test Strips:
1. Place the test strip on your tongue with the "saliva here" side facing down. Hold for 5 seconds.
2. Fold the strip in half, pressing the sides together gently for 10 seconds.
3. Unfold and compare your results with the Nitric Oxide Scale on the package.
4. save the strip or take a photo of the strip against the color chart

Then take the 2 capsule daily dose of N.O. Foundation

N.O. Foundation:
Take two capsules once a day with water after food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless under the direction of your physician.

90 minutes later use the test strip once more and compare with your original test
