I tried it for two days, taking it with food; however, experienced stomach upset. Any suggestions?

Our recommended serving is two capsules daily with water, preferably after a meal. If you experienced stomach upset taking both capsules together, you could try splitting the serving—one capsule in the morning and one in the evening—to see if that is better tolerated.
