Berkeley Life and L2G North America, Inc. together with their subsidiaries and affiliates (“Berkeley Life”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respect the privacy of your personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, social media pages, mobile applications and online services that are owned or controlled by Berkeley Life (the “Sites”) and provides information about what personally identifiable information Berkeley Life collects and how we use that information.   2. TEXT MESSAGE OPT-OUT To stop receiving mobile alerts and promotional text messages from Berkeley Life, simply text “STOP” in response to any text message you receive from us. Message and data rates may apply.

  5. DEACTIVATION OF ACCOUNTS

    Reactivation: Users may reactivate their accounts by contacting our customer support team. If the account has been deactivated for an extended period, additional verification steps may be required.

We are not responsible for the personal information you select to disclose on our Sites.

Information we collect from you may be transferred to, or stored at, a destination in the United States or another destination outside of the United States. It may be processed by staff operating in these locations who work for us or for one of our suppliers.
